Unsigned-indie.com got its start in 1997, founded by Craig A. Mason, former A&R Director for Word/Squint Records. Unsigned-indie.com then morphed into indieforce.com in 1999, originally as a part of musicforce.com.

The purpose of indieforce.com is to be a ministry support for Indie artists. Indieforce.com is not meant to be a database of every Indie artist there is. The artists featured on Indieforce have been deemed by us to be of the highest quality as well as being theologically sound.

Indieforce.com does not sell product or receive payment from the artists featured on the site. We rely on donations from those who enjoy the site for support.
